The company provides omni-channel customer experience management, back office and technology services to corporations around the world across a range of industries.**Tenure**: 2-year contract _(Renewable)_**Basic salary**:RM 2000 - RM 3000**Location**: Menara Dana 13, Ara Damansara _(Near to LRT Ara Damansara)_**Working mode**: Fully on-site**Working hours**: 8-hour rotational shift _(Depends on the timetable)_**Number of working days**: 5 days per week**Benefits**:- EPF & SOCSO- 12 days annual leave- 14 days sick leave- Night shift allowance _(If working during night shift)_- KPI's allowance- OT claims**You will play an important role in**:- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.**Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
