Assist an International Well-known Sportswear Brand as their eCommerce customer support. The team is growing real fast, we are seeking for more talent to join us!The key objective is to set up a reliable customer service team. You will be handling the eCommerce Customer Support in the form of voice, chat and email.Currently supporting the following regions :AustraliaNew ZealandMalaysiaSingaporeSouth Africa[Apply now at; JOB REQUIREMENTS:Previous experience of a helpdesk or inbound consumer care role is preferableStrong communication skills and listening skillsStrong ability to work and follow defined proceduresGood telephone, keyboard, verbal and written communication skills.Competence in MS Office, phone and desktop computer systemsGood numeric and verbal reasoning skills.Self-organized, planning and prioritization skills, Problem-solving abilityExcellent grammar skills both written and verbal in English as well as a second appropriate language (bilingual) native language to support the countries for which you are recruited to support.Provide exceptional eCommerce Customer Support in the form of voice, chat and email.Be an ambassador of the Sportwear brand by living and breathing the values.Proactive about pleasing your customers; obsessed with making sure needs are met.
