Customer Service Officer / Administrator

Customer Service Officer / Administrator Sales Order Creation and ERP Integration:
Accurately create sales orders based on incoming customer orders. Ensure all sales orders are properly synced with the ERP system for seamless processing and tracking. Account Statements:
Prepare and send statements of accounts to customers in a timely manner. Address any discrepancies or inquiries related to account statements promptly. Managerial Support:
Provide administrative support to the manager. Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.) 8am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur)
8am to 5pm (Fri)
8am to 12pm (Alt Sat)
Office Location will be at Austin area.
Salary range will be RM 2,800 – RM 3,200 per month
