Customer Service Officer (based in Petaling Jaya)Full time
Responsibilities:
Handling winning claims, enquiries and complaints from customers.
Assist in day-to-day operations and settlement process in sales office.
Assist in documentation and prepare sales and operation reports.
Assist in motivating and coaching front line staff to meet the objectives of improving and optimizing the overall outlet performance.
Conduct periodic field visits to ensure compliance of outlet operating requirements and gather market intelligence.
Perform other tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
Possess minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Matured, self-starter, able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision.
Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as this role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
