Responsibilities:
Professionally handle incoming calls and inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service.
Provide accurate, detailed, and timely information using the appropriate tools and resources.
Resolve customer complaints by providing effective and timely solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues as needed.
Requirements:
Prior call center experience has added advantages.
Fluent in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking customers.
Strong communication skills with active listening.
Adaptable to various customer situations.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
