**Responsibilities**:- To provide administrative support to ensure sufficient operation of the office to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and setting up for meetings. Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.- Monitoring and update daily update list for feedbacks, CCR, compliments etc.- Collaborate with CSE / CSM by conducting Patient Rights and Responsibility Refresher Training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions and learning resources such as online modules and guides.- Attend to all walk-in enquiries.
