Customer Service Officer

**Job Opportunity: Customer Service Officer ****Position: Customer Service Officer****Type: Full-time****Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 off days. (Each Shift is 10 hours with 1 hour break.)****Responsibilities**:- Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.- Provide information on pricing, lanes, and services.- Manage reservations, handle transactions, and offer guidance.- Maintain clean lanes, shoes, and equipment.- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Previous customer service experience preferred.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Basic math and cash handling abilities.- Enthusiastic and proactive approach.- Physical stamina for standing and light lifting.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
