Responsibilities: 1. Ensure sales orders from customers are promptly processed and play an integral role in the coordination process with internal departments, keeping customers updated on the delivery status. 2. Engaged in CS activities, CSR/ Billing Clerk/ SCC DO Assistant. 3. Liaise with production on datelines to fulfill customers' requirement. 4. Attend to customer enquiries politely and professionally. 5. Plan, prepare and devise work schedule, according to budgets and workloads. EX: AR Closing date, Customer's request is beyond profit and etc. 6. Ensure timely updates of customer databases and files/ correspondences are properly maintained. 7. Communicates with other departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work; Ex: Production/ Purchasing/ Finance Department. 8. Device and implements ways to enhance process workflow & customer experienced. 9. Maintain and efficient processing system within the territory/ sales team. 10.
