Position:CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Job Descriptions:To follow up and reply to customers' inquiries regarding their product purchase on Social Media such as TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp.
To build a long-lasting relationship with customers.
To ensure customers are satisfied and will repeat attending events organized by the company.
To resolve customer issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Uphold company standards and values in all customer interactions.
Job Requirements:Minimum qualification: Diploma in any relevant field.
Required language: English is a MUST.
Previous experience as Customer Service/Sales Assistant/Telesales would be an added advantage.
Candidate is required to work from the office.
Must be comfortable working with short deadlines and long hours (sometimes weekends & public holidays).
Office Location:
Subang Jaya, Selangor (SS 15). The candidate must have their own transport.
Salary:
RM 2300 - RM 2800 (Depending on experience & qualifications).
