Job ResponsibilitiesResponding to inquiries by assisting customers through phone calls, emails, chats, and other channels.
Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions with accuracy.
Providing product and service information to customers.
Performing ad hoc projects assigned by Superior.
Requirements
Diploma in the relevant field of study or equivalent level qualifications.
Candidate must possess at least 1 year of working experience in a related field.
Willing to work odd shift hours.
