Job Summary : Ensure dedicated customer requirements are met timely and complaints resolved amicably.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Customer Service & Control Tower
• Review Bolloré Logistics performance and quality indicators which have been contracted with customer.
• Control tower support: SOP update, contractual rates update.
• Preparation of meetings with customer: analysis, reporting, charts.
• Develop and implement the sales action plan by monitoring the control tower team and the network.
• Follows the direction of Program Manager for the action plan.
• Carrying out any other request made by the Program Manager.

• Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Technical
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in customer service function
Language
• Fluent in English + local language
• French speaking is a bonus
