Due to our growth in customer base, we have a position open forCUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (LOGISTICS) .
Logistics is our business, and we primarily provide services like sea & air freights, Customs brokerage, transportation, and related services.
The candidate we are looking for should be independent and have an outgoing personality as he/she is required to interact with both our local and international clients and business contacts.
The ability to learn quickly is an advantage, while in-house training will be provided.
General requirements:
Good communication and written skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
A third language will definitely be an advantage.
Experience in any service industry; those with experience in our business will have a better chance.
Knowledge and ability to work with basic software programs, especially Microsoft.
Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
