Customer Service Officer (Telemarketer)

Job Duties :Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts.
Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks.
Build relationships with customers over the phone on a long-term basis.
Follow-up on sales leads (from telemarketing or other channels) to generate sales.
Order processing via inbound calls.
Consignment ordering and administrative follow-up.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements :Prior telemarketing experience is an added advantage.
Resilience in handling objections and maintaining a positive attitude.
Friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
Good command of Chinese, English, and Malay is required for this position.
