Job Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chatResolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely mannerMaintaining customer account informationKeeping records of customer interactions and transactionsEscalating complex customer issues to appropriate personnelRequirements: Candidate must possess at least a SPM.Willing to work on rotational shifts and weekend.Open as Internship program for undergraduates or permanent for full time work.Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin - to support Mandarin speaking customers. Compensation & Benefits Professional training will be provided 6 months Internship allowance: RM 1500 monthly Permanent salary: RM 3000 to RM 3200 + shift allowance + KPI allowance Interested candidates can apply ONLINE.
