Customer Service Operation Officer

Responsibilities:- Answer customer question/after sales service call- Follow up internally to solves customer issue/complaint.- Organize and maintain proper office filling and records.- Assist on live show preparation.- Handle operation related job, repair customer product etc- Other duties assign by superior.Requirements:- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia / English- Good working attitude & Good communication skill- Ability to communicate clearly and manage customer feedback.- Able to work with minimum supervision- Training will be provided**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftApplication Question(s):- Where is your current staying place?- What your expected salary?- How long is your notice period?**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
