Customer Service Porter (1 Year Contract)

Welcoming patients politely with Salam gesture and always be made available at the main lobby reception area to receive and assist patients.- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all wheelchairs and umbrella to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control. Update and report the inventory to CSM/CSO in charge.- Inspect wheelchairs for damage, report those to FAM by summit CMMS, and record keeping in Excel/log book.- Report/update to CSM or CSE in charge regarding urgent feedbacks/ complaints/ incident occurrence to avoid misunderstanding and ensuring the patient feels comfortable and satisfied before leave the hospital.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shift- Weekend jobs
