The Opportunity
Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to enhance service delivery.
Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Provide product and technical support for customer transactions, feedback, and requests.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and service standards.
Address customer queries and resolve issues as per customer agreements and processes.
Verify and investigate discrepancies through vendor account reconciliation and monthly statements, while assisting less experienced staff when needed.
What You'll Need To Succeed
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records and figures.
Skilled in data entry and proficient with numbers.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
Proficient in English and MS Office, with high attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; SAP experience is a plus.
