Position : Customer Service Representative (Immediate Hiring) Intake Date : January 2025 Working Location : Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur (Nearby LRT Kerinchi) Working Days : Monday - Sunday (2 days off - rotate) Working Hours : 9.00am - 5.30pm/ 1.00pm - 10.00pm Basic Salary : RM2,000 JOB DESCRIPTIONS : -To attend / answer incoming calls from customer, identify the problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution -Follow up with the customer on pending cases -Create report in the system [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-cxl-group-job-customer-service-representative-bangsar]  REQUIREMENTS : -Candidate must possess at least a pass SPM - Compulsory -Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English -Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar, KL -Possible to have own transportation -No work experience required.
(Fresh graduate are welcome to apply) -Applicant with good communication skills is encouraged to apply -Must be able to work on Rotating Shift : Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, rotational off days (2 off days)
