Customer Service Representative Csr Manager

Customer Service Representative CSR ManagerDevelop new market, retain and increase sales order from existing customers.
Coordinate with Engineering Department for FA submission.
Assist Quality Department in handling customer complaints.
Coordinate order intake and delivery.
Prepare annual sales forecast for individual customer accounts.
Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company's Health, Safety & Environmental policies.
Perform other job functions as deemed necessary by management.
Proven track record and strong interpersonal skills.
Industrial and semiconductor experience.
Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal departments.
Promote the company's products or services to prospective clients.
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company's products or services.
Be the voice of the customer and drive internal departments to meet commitments.

D emonstrated understanding of COGS, profit margin analysis, and industry needs/customer requirements
Able to be well versed on costing format and provide quotation to customers.
Able to conduct review meetings during RFQ stage.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
5 years and above experience in any manufacturing fields or similar fields, preferably in semiconductor processes.
Fluent in English and strong presentation and leadership skills.
Knowledge of the rules and regulations governing Charities, IPCs (Institutions of Public Character), best practices for CSR will be an advantage.
