Customer Service Representative (Fresh/Entry Level)

**Responsibilities**:- To promote and explain precise information over to customers- To provide customer service at all times.- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.**Requirements**:- Degree in Business Administration or any discipline.- 1 year experience in Customer Service and manufacturing environment will be an added advantage- Pleasant personality, customer-oriented and communicates well at all levels- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision- Computer literacy in MicroSoft Office- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply- Required language(s): Mandarin, English- Full-Time position(s) available.- Must be able to converse in Mandarin language as need to liaise with customers from China
