Job Description:We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers, working remotely from home. This position requires candidates to possess a good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese to effectively assist our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information about our products or services.
Resolve issues faced by customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Meet and exceed performance targets and service level agreements.
Requirements:
Own a computer or laptop with reliable internet connectivity.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
Open to candidates of all qualifications; however, relevant experience is welcomed and valued.
