Key functions: Supporting Maxim users in resolving order related issues, while handling their feedback and requests via live chat, outbound calls.Conducting outdoor promo activities, affiliate marketing.Monitoring the service rules violations.Presenting users with an offer of new conditions and promotions.Communicating with Maxim riders, assisting with online registration.Working conditions & benefits: Online training course for beginners.2,200RM - 2,500RM  (net) for the start + salary increase on a permanent basis, which depends on the growth of the branch's indicators and your personal performance.On-site work from well equipped office in Melaka (5-day working week, commercial hours). EPF / SOCSO / Annual leave / Medical (Sick) leave and the other benefits are provided.Possible career advancement: based on the results of your work, the company will be happy to identify areas for your growth, expand your functionality or offer a new position in another region of Malaysia or abroad.Requirements: Sales/Customer Service experience: min. 1 year.Strong command of the English language.Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.Result-oriented team player.Computer literate (MS Office, Google Spreadsheet).
