Job Responsibilities:Remote positionfor candidates based in Johor, Malaysia.
Willingness to travel to Singapore for aone-month training programis required.
Must haveproficiency in reading Chinese .
Manage customer accounts by recording and updating account details.
Address product or service issues by identifying problems, offering effective solutions, and ensuring timely resolution.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet objectives.
Understand customer needs to deliver tailored support and satisfaction.
Foster trust and build strong customer relationships through open communication.
Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
Handle customer complaints, provide solutions promptly, and ensure follow-up for resolution.
Resolve customer queries through phone, email, mail, or social media channels.
Contact customers via phone to verify account information.
Assist with order processing, refunds, or exchanges.
Offer company-related information and address inquiries.
Process payments and gather essential details such as addresses and phone numbers.
Place or cancel orders as required.
Requirements:Previous experience with online customer service platforms and digital communication tools.
Excellent phone communication skills and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
Strong customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
