Due to the constant growth of tasks, we need an additional specialist who will:
Process incoming requests and feedback from clients and drivers of the Maxim service in Johor Bahru through customer chat efficiently and on time, handle outgoing calls, provide support to service drivers and answer questions related to the operation of the Maxim app and service in general.
Receive service drivers at the company office, provide support on work issues, car branding, top-up balance of online wallet, provide mini-orientation and edu-course to drivers on how to work with our software.
Be responsible for reports on work done and regularly update corporate CRM database.
Maintain the WhatsApp group (daily posts, communication, censorship, adding new members).
Conduct online training courses for beginners.
Salary increase on a permanent basis, which depends on the growth of the branch's indicators and your personal performance.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm.

Requirements:
Strong command of the English language (both oral and written).
Experience in Customer Service/Call Center: min.
1 year.
A pro-active personality with highly developed problem-solving and communication skills.
Computer literate and tech-savvy.
