Job Functions:Work-from-home rolefor residents of Johor, Malaysia.
Must be willing to travel to Singapore for aone-month training program .
Proficiency in reading Chinese is required.
Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account details.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, identifying the cause, providing effective solutions, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with the team to achieve overall objectives.
Assess and understand customer needs to deliver satisfaction.
Build trust through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods.
Handle complaints, offer suitable solutions within time constraints, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues through phone, email, mail, or social media.
Reach out to customers via phone to verify account details.
Assist with order placements, refunds, or exchanges.
Provide information about the company.
Process payment details and collect pertinent information like addresses and phone numbers.
Place or cancel orders as needed.
Requirements:Prior experience with online customer service platforms and digital communication tools.
Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
Customer-focused approach with adaptability to different personality types.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills.
