Huntsman Performance Products (HPP) is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in our newly set up Shared Service Office supporting our APAC customers. This individual is an important member of a team that helps us deliver on our mission by guiding customers through their challenges and solving problems each day. The Customer Service Representative reports into the Customer Service Manager and is given an opportunity to develop new skills and overcome obstacles each day in a fast-paced environment.A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative is fast-paced and highly variable based on customer volume and demand. The Customer Service Representative is an individual contributor tasked with providing Huntsman Performance Product's highest caliber of customer service through direct interactions.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting the respective Regional Commercial Managers. You will be working together with the Supply Chain Team to ensure smooth order process and delivery.The ideal candidate will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.As a Customer Service Representative you will:End to end order management from order placement to final invoicing.Guide customers to issue resolution via phone, email, and other digital tools.Advocate for customers, taking ownership of the resolution journey.Collaborate with teammates, support personnel, and stakeholders to evaluate ambiguous, complex situations and quickly execute decisions.Investigate and resolve incoming customer complaints, escalating to appropriate channels accordingly.Demonstrate strong business and strategic acumen to balance both the customer and business goals.Respond to product inquiries and answer order status questions.Uphold processes and policies in support of organizational goals.Execute against organizational SLAs for customer service.Balance rapidly shifting priorities through multitasking and flexibility.Maintain positive attitude in the face of customer concerns.Act as subject matter expert on HPP's processes, policies, and internal tools while advocating for the customer experience.Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned based on the ever-evolving service and support our customers require.What skills and experiences are we looking for?University degree or above, preferably major in Chemical/ Trade.Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience, chemical industry is a plus.Indent sales order management, SOX Order to Cash management, Incoterms.Experience in handling DG cargo, managed products such as IBC, drums, palletized containers and isotanks.High sense of responsibility, proactive attitude and independent, good interpersonal skills, good written & communication skills in English, Microsoft Excel, SAP.Huntsman is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
