Customer Service Representative

Primary Responsibilities:
Correspond to customer's inquiry regarding general topics related to services.
Communicate with customers as service representatives over the phone or by e-mail.
Create quotations for On-Demand calibration/repair and close the deals.
Negotiate with customers in terms of price/terms in cooperation with internal members.
Consolidate pick-up lists of calibration/repair and ask forwarder vendors to arrange logistics.
Create an RMA for On-Demand/agreement.
Supervise current progress for each job (internal/external) and contact customers if needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in selling service solutions.
Adequate knowledge of customer service representative duties, ERP, and office applications such as MS Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
Fast and accurate capability with MS Office applications.
Familiarity with order/sales booking software.
Strong communication skills with other employees and customers.
Ability to take initiative for improving the current environment.
Ability to convey messages swiftly and precisely to correspond to customer inquiries.
Manage various kinds of requests/inquiries, primarily by e-mail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of English (reading/writing only).
Experience in trading and sales support.
Knowledge of business law.
