Customer Service Representative

Interact with walk in customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.- Assist increase of retention.- Support all sales activities.**Job Requirements**:- SPM & above, Interns are welcome to apply.- Writing and speaking in Malay and English.- Speaking and writing in Chinese will be added advantage.- Work location: Millerz Square, Old Klang Road.- 5.5 days per week (Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm, Saturday: 9am - 1pm)- Good communication and interpersonal skills.Pay: From RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsExpected Start Date: 05/02/2024
