Customer Service Representative

REQUIREMENTS Must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field is required.
A customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Problem-solver who can communicate solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Flexibility to work shifts, including both day and night schedules.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Customer service experience is an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently and professionally.
Respond to customer feedback and inquiries with a friendly and proactive approach.
Deliver exceptional, timely support to our clients by maintaining a high standard of service.
Manage various channels, including calls, emails, live chats, social media including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Whatsapp.
Ensure that customer queries are handled thoroughly and accurately to the customers satisfaction.
Enter and update customer information in the system to maintain accurate records.
Uphold strict customer data privacy policies.
Must be able to work on a 24/7 rotation basis.
Adaptability to various ad hoc tasks as needed.
