Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaker/ Hybrid)

We are hiring for a leading company in semiconductor processing equipment manufacturing. Our Batu Kawan facility in Penang, Malaysia, plays a crucial role in supporting innovation in semiconductor technology. Focused on manufacturing, engineering, and research, we meet the growing demands of the semiconductor industry, contributing to advancements in technology for products like smartphones and computers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the regional customer service team to drive order placement and manage order activities for spare parts.Create and maintain sales orders, quotations, delivery orders, and service orders in SAP ECC, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Provide information on part availability, order status, and delivery timelines, effectively communicating with Korean-speaking customers.Conduct audits of global orders to ensure accuracy in processing and adherence to company standards.Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and improvements.Run and analyze previously created SAP/SAP HANA reports, taking appropriate actions based on results.Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders, utilizing strong communication skills in both Korean and English.Job Requirements: Proficiency in SAP ECC Sales & Distribution Module and customer service order processing within a product-based industry.Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with regional and global stakeholders.Ability to demonstrate honesty and integrity in addressing business challenges.Degree in supply chain management, business operations, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service or Order Management Specialist, preferably working with international customers in the APJ region.
