Customer Service Representative- Korean Speaker

Responsibilities: Work during Off Hours shift to support internal/external customers driving order placement, order management activities for spares orders.Creating and maintaining of Sales Orders, Quotations, Delivery orders, Service Orders. Places orders, provides information on part availability, order status, and delivery information.Conducts audits of Global orders to ensure accuracy of processing.Prepare weekly, monthly, reports, including KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and Operational Metrics Mandatory Skills required to perform the job:  Knowledge in SAP R/3 SD Module and Customer Service Order Processing in product-based industryStrong command over verbal & written Korean LanguageDemonstration of superior customer service skills. Troubleshoots problems and provide resolution that is both beneficial to the customer and meets Lam's guidelines for resolution. Ability to demonstrate Honesty and Integrity in previous business challengesRun previously created SAP/SAP HANA reports and takes actions based on report resultsMake recommendations to customers and makes judgment calls based on defined business processes and SAP prompts.  Desirable Skill:  Experience in aftermarket Spares Operations or AutomotiveUnderstanding of reverse value chain/repair operationsKnowledge on Esker / Winshuttle etc and or previous experience lean/process improvement projects Requirements: Degree in the field of supply chain/business operations/equivalent with experience in a Customer Service/Order Management specialist working with international Customers preferably in the Korea Region
