Customer Service Representative (Mainly Normal Shift)Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Customers: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online platforms and other communication channels.
Understand & Resolve Issues: Identify customer needs and resolve their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate support channels.
Maintain Professionalism: Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions.
Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, ensuring consistency and compliance in service delivery.
Meet Performance Standards: Achieve and exceed Service Level Agreements, effectively managing customer escalations when necessary.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin, with strong speaking, reading & writing abilities, and basic English skills.
Education & Experience: Minimum SPM.
Key Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
