Customer Service Representative(Normal Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
· ?? Engage with Customers: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through online platforms and other communication channels.
· ?? Understand & Resolve Issues: Identify customer needs and resolve their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate support channels.
· ?? Maintain Professionalism: Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer focus in all interactions.
· ?? Follow Procedures: Adhere to company policies, ensuring consistency and compliance in service delivery.
· ?? Meet Performance Standards: Achieve and exceed Service Level Agreements , effectively managing customer escalations when necessary.
Requirements:
· ?? Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin or English, with strong speaking?reading&writing abilities.
· ?? Education & Experience: Minimum SPM with at least 6months of customer service experience, or fresh graduates with a Diploma/Degree.
· ?? Key Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· ? Flexibility: work from 9am-6pm(Rotational Weekly Off).
