Job DescriptionSales Support: Liaising with principals/sales team on the status of their orders.
Efficient and accurate order processing input transfer into Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Prepare and consolidate loan/consignment items, sales reports, backlog orders, inventory reports, and any other relevant reports as required, including tracking pending orders.
Administer invoices and job orders, keeping track of inventory and demo units.
Assist in tender and quotation preparation, including typing of quotations, Sebutharga, and tenders.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints and provide product or technical information on the product range, redirecting inquiries to the respective sales personnel/service engineer or department head.
Coordinate department participation in exhibitions, seminars, etc.
Assist the sales team in carrying out product demonstrations and applications as needed.
Handle customer orders and coordinate logistics for the sales team on delivery of goods to the site.
Support marketing and promotional activities, including collating and preparing marketing kits.
Other administrative duties as required.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in a similar industry. Candidates with more than 5 years of experience may be considered for an executive level position.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Computer literate with multitasking capabilities.
Familiarity with order processing systems; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central, ERP, or SAP is an advantage.
