Job Description This job offer is a replacement position as such it is expected from the candidate to build relationships speedily and dynamically with our customers and establish him as a trusted and respected representative of BAUER. To actively support the Sales and After Sales Team to execute and develop our Sales strategies for achieving the company's overall sales target with direct working relationship with existing Customer and our own Sales and After Sales Service team members Actively pursue and create a pipeline of new business opportunities within our After Sales Service Business to maximize revenue generation, market penetration and profit. The Successful Applicant Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Engineering with a track record in Sales and Trade Marketing functions Experience in Heavy construction equipment market with minimum 3 years' experience Possess good presentation skills and networking Strong communication skill (both spoken and written) in English and team management skill Detail oriented, computer proficient and business savvy Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently What's On Offer Competitive base salary and performance bonus Other standard job-related benefits according to company policy.
