Customer Service Sales

Understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges to provide appropriate product or service solutions.- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Proactively engage with visitors and clients to promote and upsell company products or services.- Provide information on features, benefits, and pricing of products/services, addressing client questions and objections effectively.- Maintain an understanding of the company's offerings and stay updated on product/service updates.- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate personnel, and take accurate messages when necessary.- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.- Provide accurate and timely information to visitors and clients regarding company services, products, and general inquiries.- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal staff and clients.- Other tasks as directed from time to time**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobs**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
