Job Responsibility
Managing end to end operation, shipping and sales support functions.
Act as a liaison, providing product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Constantly review working processes with vendors.
Coordination on documentation between customers and carriers
Job Requirements
Possess at least Degree certificate.
Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, Freight, Shipping, Forwarding or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good command of language skills - Mandarin Speaker Preferable based on nature of the work.
Meticulous and Detail Oriented.
Ability to work in teams and open to others' views.
Managing relationship with Client/Carrier/Agent for smooth shipment process; strong communication skills are ideal.
