Key Responsibilities: Working with New Customers: Guide customers discovering the possibilities of a loyalty solution.Engagement with Existing Customer: Understand businesses challenges and help them achieve more successes.Supporting Customer: Respond customers' questions and ensuring timely resolution of issues.You Are Required To: Experienced in customer service role and customer-oriented.Experienced in IT/technology role.Ability to prioritise competing tasks, proactive and detail oriented.Why Eber?
