As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists, providing unrivalled support to our clients.
Position Customer Service Specialist (Damansara City Mall) Job Description Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) to address inquiries, complaints, or requests.
Offerings and provide accurate information to customers, including product features, pricing, availability, and usage guidelines.
Responsible for managing customer accounts, updating information and handling account-related queries or modifications.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
Job Requirements Diploma or above in any field.
Preferable to have a minimum of 1 years experience in Customer Service-related areas.
Working experience in the call centre or automotive preferred.
A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call taking techniques.
Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset.
Job Type 5 days a week, rotational shift Salary Basic RM3000 KPI allowance up to RM300 Benefits EPF, Socso Maternity leave Annual Leave, Maternity Leave, Parental Leave, etc Opportunities for promotion Professional development Expected Start Date: Immediately
