PositionCustomer Service Specialist (Damansara City Mall)
Job DescriptionHandling customer inquiries and resolving issues through various channels (phone, email, chat, in-person) to address inquiries, complaints, or requests.
Providing accurate information to customers, including product features, pricing, availability, and usage guidelines.
Managing customer accounts, updating information, and handling account-related queries or modifications.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
Job RequirementsDiploma or above in any field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service-related areas preferred.
Working experience in the call centre or automotive preferred.
A quick and willing learner that can master all details of our product and call-taking techniques.
Customer-centric with a strong customer service mindset.
Job Type5 days a week, rotational shift
SalaryBasic RM3000
KPI allowance up to RM300
