Fresh Graduate Welcome and Training Provided
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaise with customers via call, email or face to face.
Provide service andsupport to all customers' inquiries and complaints.
Processing and handling customer orders.
Administration and reportsgeneration.
Inventory and stock management.
Any other tasks or projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least aDiploma /Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s):English, Bahasa Malaysia and any other local dialect such as Mandarin/ Cantonese will be added advantages as incumbent required to serve multi nation customers.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
Candidate must be willing to work at Jalan Sultan Abdul Jalil, Ipoh.
