Customer Service Job ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries and assist with system or network issues.
Guide customers in operating the system.
Record departmental forms.
Create tutorials (PPT) or documentation.
Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Passionate, patient, and proactive: Flexible in handling various customer queries with a sense of empathy.
Stress-tolerant: Capable of learning detailed business processes and handling a busy work pace.
Quickly grasp company products, common issues, and solutions.
Proficient in written communication (typing speed of 50 words per minute in Chinese Pinyin): Clear and logical writing skills with basic English proficiency.
Familiar with basic computer operations: Skilled in using Excel and PPT to prepare customer tutorials.
Outgoing personality, emotionally stable, and responsible at work.
Aged 33 or below.
Must be willing to relocate to Europe after probation and training in Malaysia.
