Customer Service Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer-related issues and after-sale service activity.
Coordinate with the Production and Warehouse department for incoming orders.
Reconciliation and monitoring stock levels and resolving any discrepancies.
Monitor and track the status of the logistic/forwarder to ensure ETD and ETA, and inform customers accordingly.
Ensure proper and traceable filing systems for audit purposes.
Act as a contact point to answer enquiries, questions, and complaints from customers.
Update customer records to support interactions.
Analyze customers' sales patterns monthly, follow up and contact customers regarding the next purchase order.
Follow up for payment receivable.
