Customer Service Specialist (??)

Minimum RequirementsCandidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with company's major clients are preferred.
Diploma/Degree, with 1 year of relevant working experience preferred.
Fresh graduates or 1-3 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
Added advantage if candidates are able to work on night shift.
Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Can learn new knowledge fast.
Can onboard within 2 weeks.
ResponsibilitiesTo efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer service inquiries in apps and emails.
To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems.
To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
