Work Shifts (Three shifts - fixed shifts, no rotation required):
Morning Shift: 08-16 Required: 7 positions
Afternoon Shift: 16-00 Required: 7 positions
Night Shift: 00-08 Required: 6 positions
After joining, initial training will be conducted during a 10:00-18:00 training shift for 1-3 months (actual training time depends on individual learning ability). After the training, work will be assigned according to the recruited shift.
? Special circumstances (such as training, shift support, performance assessments) require cooperation with the company's adjustment of work shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
Adding, modifying, and maintaining customer information in CRM.
Operating system platforms, data analysis, and case verification.
Controlling financial risks and assisting with periodic audits of business stages.
Compiling daily work cases, collecting and providing feedback on work status.
Possessing high sensitivity and adaptability.
Completing daily work handovers and tasks assigned by supervisors.
Internal communication, cross-departmental communication, and handovers.
Routine report recording and compilation.
Experience in the gaming industry is a plus but not mandatory.
Required Skills:
Mandarin - Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Mandarin typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
Proficiency in Office applications
