Responsibilities
Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
Support documentation/administrative needs within the department and assist in translating customer announcement notices.
Required Skills
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate.
1-2 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial/Forex industry would be a distinct advantage).
Understanding of MT4/MT5 with relevant experience is a plus.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with FX/CFD and online trading industry experience.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services.
Passionate about delivering quality support with a positive attitude.
Willing to work on shifts (including weekends if required).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Fluent inMandarin and Englishincluding written and verbal communication skills;additional languagewould be a plus!
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
