Customer Service Specialist (Telesales)

You'll play an important role in:



-Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products


-To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.


-Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

; Requirements:- Requirements



-Your operational hours will be 10am - 8:30pm


-Earliest shift: 10am - 7pm or 11:30am -8:30pm


-Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour break


-Passionate on customer experience related tasks


-Able to work in a fast-paced environment


-Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively


-Possess at least a SPM


-Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia


-Fresh graduated are welcome to apply – PAID TRAINING Provided!!


-You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office
