Customer Care (Main Responsibility): Provide exceptional customer experiences: Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, whether over the phone, through written messages, or email.Inform and resolve: Provide information about our outlets, services, pricing, and availability, and effectively resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring satisfaction.Manage bookings: Handle facility bookings and rescheduling requests, ensuring compliance with our booking policies.Customer-focused environment: Make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success.Coordinate rentals and inquiries: Work with our on-site centre team for equipment and furniture rentals and availability, supporting customers who require assistance.Data Entry for Accounting (Supporting Responsibility): Assist with data entry and accounts: Support accounts receivable processes, including issuing quotations and invoicing, and accounts payable functions, including bill processing.Maintain organized records: Ensure accurate and organized records of accounting transactions.
