Job DescriptionLead a 24-hour hotline team to achieve high performance standards.
Deliver consistent and best-in-class customer service to customers through effective management of day-to-day contact center operations.
Provide support for revenue generation programs or system enhancement initiatives.
Ensure smooth team operations and initiate improvements to enhance customer service for both internal and external customers.
Job RequirementsDiploma with at least 5 years of related experience in the service industry, preferably in a call center environment.
Strong leadership skills with at least 2 years of solid supervisory experience in customer service.
Experience in cross-selling and telemarketing programs is a plus.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
