Job Description Open Position: Customer Service, Supply Chain & Logistics (Shared Service Company) A Shared Service Company is currently hiring a Customer Service, Supply Chain & Logistics to join them in the Penang office. Key responsibilities include: Hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain More than 3 years working experience as Customer Support/Service Desk or its equivalent. Be a proactive part of the account team to support customer growth by serving as the companys go-to person for questions regarding demand fulfillment. Utilising escalations, reporting, and analytics, transparently manage end-to-end demand fulfillment to guarantee on-time delivery to clients based on orders and projections. Drive solutions in collaboration with all key internal stakeholders. Continuous improvement/optimization of the supply chain through the recommendation of appropriate supply chain concepts Proactively identify and resolve problems with a 'can-do attitude.
